My father bought me a robot kit two years ago, he wanted me to know the basic robot before heading into high school, after i understood the basic computer control and mechanical knowledge, i started to take advantage of these and by the help of mt father, i started to build up my first intellectual small car.
There are two motors to control two rear wheels, one general front wheel and the other front wheel connects to a contact sensor and a double light reflect sensor, put the contact sensor point to the top of the small car, double light sensor is after the touch sensor. Facing to the ground with distance of 8-10mm, the structure design starts.
As for the control circuit, it must design as to make the sensor to judge whether there is signal or not, then verify two motors to turn negative or positive, thus to realize actions of moving, back, turning-off, etc.
Based on tasks needed to be finished, draw the draft of control system and then complete the system application flowchart. Install the intellectual small car according to the chart, write the program into the main control board, then let it try to operate, keep debugging if problems occurred.
I believe anyone who want to have a great development in the robot zone, who want to create more beautiful life for the future human beings should contact with the small smart car, but the problem is that a ready small smart car will cost you thousand, therefore, in my opinion, it would be better to DIY a small smart car by ourselves and also it can realize the requirements that we want to try by ourselves, the other purpose is that we can expand further stronger function based on this smart car, now, look at some pics of this project.
